I was a very insecure kid about my looks. I didn’t get much female attention at all and for years I genuinely hated myself. Then one night in 2023 I came across looksmaxxing and that completely changed my life. From that point on I was off and running researching it, trying it out and blogging about it online. I just wanted to know what I could actually do and how I could get out of the rut I was in.
Over the years I slowly learned how to improve my look, how to separate the genuine from the nonsense and how to stop spending time on ‘copes’ that weren’t going to do me any good. There was no magic bullet, it was a process of learning, making changes and then reassessing. I’m still on that journey now, still taking practical steps to improve my appearance and still refining my approach as I learn more.
That’s the experience I bring to coaching. It’s not about telling you that you can all look like the same celebrity. It’s about a bespoke approach that takes into account your actual features, your actual starting point and your actual goals. The aim is to help you understand your options, get past the stuff that will just confuse you (I know that stuff all too well), and focus on the changes that actually make sense for you. A clear direction and a plan that you can actually go and do.

No. You can fill in the form and book from your phone or computer, without an account or the app.
Do I have to sign up for ongoing coaching?
No. You’re booking an initial consultation. You can discuss further coaching on the call and decide from there.
Where do my answers go?
They’re saved on Symmetrix. When you continue to Calendly, they’re also added to the meeting preparation field for you to review and include with your booking.
